Roughly 2,000 Christians are believed to be imprisoned in Eritrea today solely because of their religious belief. They are beaten and psychologically abused in order to pressure them to deny Christ. Dr. Kiflu Gebremeskel, Kidane Weldou, Haile Nayzgi, Mussie Ezaz, and Oqbamichel Haiminot are only a few of the prisoners known to be held behind bars. Please write to government officials to call for their release and for fair, humane treatment of all its citizens.
