May 2017 Action Item

Yang Hua, the pastor of Living Stone Church, has been in prison in China for his faith since December 2015. He wrote a letter to his wife and two sons from prison, in which he encouraged them with these words: "Praise the Lord … Never be dejected and despondent, always look up at our Lord, and always keep the spiritual life above the chaos of the real environment. Rest in God's arms. ‘Some rely on chariots, some on horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord,' (Psalm 20:7). Be upright and take care. Be prepared for the rest of the road. I will go with you. If the Lord doesn't allow it, not a single hair will drop to the floor." Praising God for Yang's steadfast faith, let's encourage him by sending him a letter to the following address (please note that Pastor Yang's legal name is Li Guozhi): also calling on the Sudanese government to do what is just and right.
