Human Rights attorney Jiang Tianyong, who has been dedicated to protecting the rights of religious and ethnic minorities and defending those falsely accused by the Chinese government of subversion just for their beliefs, was arrested and charged with subversion himself after visiting the wife of another imprisons human rights attorney. He was arrested in November 2016, tried in August 2017, and was set to be released at the end of February after serving a two-year sentence. But at the time of his release, he was disappeared and his whereabouts are still unknown. At the same time, his father and sister who were set to meet him disappeared, their phones have been shut off, and no one has been able to get in touch with any of them. Human rights observers around the world are deeply concerned for the well-being of Jiang Tianyong. Join them in expressing your concern and calling for the Chinese government to immediately make his whereabouts, as well that if his father and sister, known and return them to the safety of their family.

Further express your deep concern that Jiang Tianyong has been tortured while in custody and that you find this unacceptable and a breach of International Declaration of Human Rights.
