Pastor Oqbamichel Haiminot, the pastor of the Kale Hiwot (Word of Life) Church in Eritrea has been arrested and imprisoned multiple times. During one imprisonment, when he was forced to sign papers recanting his faith in Jesus, he refused and was put in solitary confinement. While there he suffered extreme abuse and torture and suffered a mental breakdown. After being released for a time, he was last rearrested in 2007 and has been in prison ever since. Please pray for this father of three, who has been in confinement for the past eleven years. Write an encouraging letter to him and write a letter to government officials requesting his immediate release.
